Thandile Mbana is a multifaceted political scientist and researcher with nearly 8 years of experience. She has worked in the South African Parliament as a Political Researcher in the Basic Education and Social Development study groups, gaining in-depth understanding and experience of the grave disparities faced not only in South Africa but also across the African continent.
With a passion for uplifting others and bridging societal gaps to create lasting impacts, Thandile has served as a mentor and facilitator to university students struggling to acclimatize to university life and studies. She recently worked with AGAPE Youth Movement as a Programmes Coordinator, where she played an integral role in coordinating national youth programs and collaborating seamlessly with numerous national and regional partners. Her roles as a Private Secretary to a Deputy Minister in the South African government and an Executive Assistant to a CEO of an investment firm have also made her an administrative guru and strategic partner, significantly impacting organizational success.
Thandile holds a BA Honours Degree in Political Studies from the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa.
